The process for wedding invitations typically starts with a meeting set up either in person or via phone (although we prefer email when possible!). Once you have decided to go with us, we set up a contract with a specific completion date and that contract should be signed and returned along with a $30 deposit. The deposit is nonrefundable but will come out of the final invoice amount.
Approximately 8-10 weeks before the completion date, we will contact you via email to begin the design of your set. We provide a welcome packet that includes some wording examples for invitations, RSVPs, and reception inserts along with a questionnaire that you are to fill out and return to us. All proofs are electronic and provide a very clear picture of what your set and individual pieces will look like once completed. A physical mock up of the final design is also available for $15 before production begins. Cancellation of your order may take place at any point during the proofing process. All sales are final once the process has reached the production phase.

Once the design phase is complete, we will then email a final invoice which is to be paid in full before we can begin production. All sales are final once the process has reached the production phase. Turn around times are approximately 4-6 weeks and depend on the type of product requested.
